Titles added or edited while Plus is active stay in the collection if the person cancels. Those titles become view-only so they cannot be renamed into different movies. The person can still view them, export them, and delete the entire account and collection without an active subscription.
Subscription
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
